RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary point of contact for all employee relations incl. Employees of the month program, regular communication events
Manage third party vendors for all employee-related programs (incl.Insperity, car rental, fleet mgmt, travel agencies
Lead all recruiting and staffing activities
Lead all on-boarding activities, employee training, and development
Perform the day-to-day Human Resources functions and duties (compliance and legal matters, travel letters, bonus verification)
Develop and maintain the employee handbook including all policies, procedures, and programs.
Employment verifications (temporary for first three years with Insperity)
Manage all contract and temporary employee recruitment and weekly payroll
Assume the role of company safety officer including OSHA compliance
